The Central Executive Committee of the Students' Federation of India express our solidarity to the 10th August Mass Protest Action Call by the Samyukt Kisan Morcha. We express our solidarity with the farmers and workers of India raising their voices against policies and economic measures that threaten their livelihoods, rights and dignity. The concerns surrounding guaranteed MSP, farmers' land rights, employment, minimum wages, labour protections, MGNREGA, privatisation and the growing role of corporate interests in agriculture and industry deserve serious democratic discussion.

The proposed 10th August mass protest action, called as part of the broader programme of struggles beginning on 26 November 2026, reflects the continuing demand for justice and greater accountability towards working people. The historic farmers' struggle of 2020–21 demonstrated the importance of collective action and public debate on questions affecting millions.

SFI stand in solidarity with the legitimate concerns of farmers and workers and calls upon the student community of the country to actively support the 10th August Mass Protest Action.
